This Artificial Intelligence Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of acceptance (the "Effective Date") by and between the user ("You" or "User") and the Service Provider ("Provider"). By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Service Description
   Provider offers an artificial intelligence analytical tool (the "Service") that generates automated analyses, predictions, and recommendations based on algorithms and available data. The Service does not provide financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice.
2. No Warranty
   THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
3. Limitation of Liability
   IN NO EVENT SHALL PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
4. User Responsibilities
   You acknowledge that:
   • All decisions made using the Service are your sole responsibility
   • The Service does not replace professional advice from qualified experts
   • You assume all risk associated with using the Service
5. Binding Arbitration
   Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
6. Class Action Waiver
   YOU AND PROVIDER AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
7. Indemnification
   You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Provider and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Entire Agreement
   This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Provider regarding the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
10. Amendments
    Provider reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
